General

Where did The Dune Bug come from?
Well my favourite ever cocktail is called a Dunebug, its wonderful ... So wonderful in fact that I named my cat and my blog after it ... ever so slightly addicted.

How old are you?
I'm 21 years old, my birthday is the 26th March. People always think I look younger than I am.

How tall are you and what size are you?
I'm completely tiny in height at a miniature 5 ft 1. I'm an average size of 12-14 depending on the store.

Where do you live?
I'm from Manchester and that's where you can find me.

What do you study?
I studied Drama and Theatre Studies at University, for me it was always a torn relationship between theatre and fashion, so I studied theatre and do fashion on the side.
I do a lot of directing on the stage. So far I have directed two public performances that were staged to a paying audience. So I'm doing quite well.

Hair/Beauty and Fashion

What makeup do you use?
My makeup regime changes all the time depending on what products come out or get discontinued. My must haves that I always use are Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat, Urban Decay Naked Palette, Collection 2000 concealer.

How do you do your nails?
All I can say to this is practice makes perfect. I'm not a fan of acrylic nails purely because I can't be bothered to make the effort to get them filled all the time. So I do my own.
I'm a huge fan of Barry M and Models Own. I use the Models Own nail art pens for all my designs.
A golden tip is that if you want a simple black detailed design, liquid eye-liner works a treat just draw it over your polish in the design you want and then use a sheer gloss to go over it. Lasts perfectly. And its cheap.

What's your skin care routine?
I have really sensitive skin around my eyes so for me moisturiser is a must. I can't exaggerate enough how important it is to moisturise. I do mine once before I put makeup on or after I get out of the shower and once before bed. Other than that I use simple eye makeup remover to take off my eye makeup and then cleansing facewipes.

You always style your hair in different ways, How do you do it?
Again, practice makes perfect. I'm an only child and my mum as lovely as she is, isn't into the whole hair and makeup stuff so when I was younger I used to sit in my room and play around until I figured out how to do things. I'm blessed with really thick, long hair so its quite versatile. Most of the time I just leave it how I wake  up with it, rock the bed head look. I like my bed to much to get up especially early to do it.
Quick ruffle and shake and I'm out of the flat.

What are your favourite shops?
- H&M -Topshop -Urban Outfitters -Primark -Newlook -Office
I'm forever in little boutiques and vintage shops though so I get a lot of my things from there but as for the high-street, the above are my favourites.

How would you describe your style?
I don't really know how to answer this question, I mean, my style changes all the time depending on the weather or what I'm into, my moods and so on.
I would say that I love to be comfortable, my staple pieces are leggings and baggy cardigans. I just chuck things together, I'm quite girly so that reflects a lot but sometimes my outfits can be a bit grungy. Sometimes they can be quirky and fun. It really depends.
Can I say eclectic, that covers all basis, right??
